Ok I have the bat situation pretty much resolved save on player. Who will need a heavier bat.

But now i am dealing with a uniform issue. The old uniform I thought we were going to use are simply too old.

Off the shelf black softball pants and colored socks from a local or big box/on-line sporting goods store and custom t-shirts will be about the cheapest option - should be less than $75 per player. If you're in the NE, forget carwashes and do snow shovelling fund raisers.

if you have to keep it real cheap there are some places that will do solid white logo and number on back screen printing on solid color moister wicking t-shirt for about $14 each. Off the rack black pants and socks can be had for around $25.
