I second the notion to just keep telling her to swing hard. Don’t let anyone drill the intent out of her swing.
Looks like her foot is landing pretty even with the ball but hard to tell from this angle. Most umps from 8U to High School shoulders is the strike zone unfortunately.Ask her to hit the ball hard. Then, go get ice cream.
In the meanwhile, you keep learning about swing mechanics so you can be ahead of her development when the time comes to start giving her more instruction. Pay attention to tee height and position. This one looks too high and too far out front.

Pull the tee back. It should be at the ball of her front foot, after the stride.
The rear forearm must be FLAT at toe touch. Not in the stance.
Smart move. I have been using a screen with my 4 YO son from the beginning (with real baseballs at least)..I bought a screen because there were too many close calls with line drives flying at my face!
