    hip pointer and what items could cause and what could alleviate it ??

    DD pitched in a game Thursday night that had a field that was rock hard and Her hip has been bothering her ever since on her stride side. Any one know of a way to help alleviate the issue or some thing in the drive mechanics that could make you more suspect to getting a hip pointer?

    Help with brush for girls with enourmous hip bone protrusion :)

    shin splints on stride leg ???

    Does anyone have any experience on pitchers that are getting shin splints on her stride leg?? and is changing her drive mechanics to step the only way that might alleviate the problem ??

    Has not been much practice time lately ... but congradultations to her

    My DD has not been able to do much pitching practice lately it is on the shelf mostly for now with her class work and practices. She worked very hard for the last month to secure her spot on her high school varsity softball team as a freshman middle infielder :) Proud Proud Dad :)
