Where should you hit the ball?

There have been threads on here regarding the proper type of focus when hitting a baseball/softball and the "laser-like" one, where you are staring at a point on the ball, e.g. the one you are referring to, isn't typically thought to be correct.
I've seen some of those threads and if my memory serves me correct, it's not the same context as what I am talking about. I believe it's referring to focus prior to the pitch, like how should be staring intently at the pitcher. I am pretty sure laser like focus comes into play once the ball leaves the pitchers hand at release point.. I can't say for sure because I do not have a photographic memory

This isn't 'intent' to me. This is someone who thinks there is a 'central reference point' that a hitter can 'focus on that spot and not the whole ball' on a moving, spinning, pitched ball. Sounds like someone thinks that is what a hitter can and is doing. Again JMHO.
Well you are wrong. in regard to intent.. according to you, a moving, spinning pitched "ball" does not have a central reference point that a hitter can see, yet they can see a ball, it just has no middle... sounds a little silly doesn't it? I agree with you if balls do not have a middle central point that a hitter can intend to hit. I agree with you if you think lasering the ball is stupid, because when you laser you cut that ball in half, and without a middle section, central point, you can't cut it in half.

Not here.
You can't even FOCUS on one 'central point' in these posts of yours........
Hockey, laser the ball, cut the ball in half, throw, pass, back spin , TM........
I agree with you if you think lasering the ball is stupid, because when you laser you cut that ball in half, and without a middle section, central point, you can't cut it in half.
I never ever mentioned 'lase ring the ball' you did. You brought up TM also.....just because you couldn't understand doesn't make it wrong.
does not have a central reference point that a hitter can see, yet they can see a ball,
If a hitter can't see the ball then they need glasses or should go play an easier sport, like hockey.

Not here.
Go back to trying to cut a ball in half with no center RDB, then come back and explain how you did it.
You're the one who keeps bring up the topic of 'cut the ball in half with no center'. I never mentioned nor said neither of these phrases.
I believe you're loosing focus again.
