Can you point me to a gif or video where a HL hitter loads the scap. Good hitters DON'T load their scaps or load the scap. The scap must be held..clamped down....pinched.....

Pinched, clamped down is scap load to me. Take stance with hands like you are hitting, pull top hand back as if to punch somebody and hold it. You will feel the scap load (pinch, clamp)

Last time for me the SCAP ISN'T LOADED OR GETS LOADED. The rear leg is what is getting loaded. What loads unloads.....Hitters that 'load the scap' unload the scap have/will have a push type swing.

The action of the scap, as well as the action of the hip and lower back....is to PULL BACK so as to LOAD THE LEG..

She had Serious bat drag, with DBSF. I gave her the feeling of the loaded barrel, and she is running with that also. One step at a time, because there is always so much to do, with so many.


So for my question, do you start the barrel while reading? Do you start with the location in mind , because this is what you are looking for?
