looking for balls that you hit but dont go flying if not hit right they go no where

TCB, or Total Control Balls is what you're looking for. There are several varieties, you want the lighter solid balls, not the ones with holes in them, and not the super heavy solid balls.

Definitely not the super heavy "atomic" balls (2lbs) - that's too much. You want the TCB ball (1 lb) as W said. Love those! Just used them at the park last night with my kids.

Ditto. We use these prior to all our tournaments and I also agree with the choice of TCB ball.
