up the back leg to the back shoulder. You know the Albert pujols gif, coil imprinted on his backside of his body etc. that matches the forehand. Stan the man looks like the backhand.
It sounds like you are joking. If the spring runs up the rear side of your body why in the world would you advocate a pull with the front side. You do realize the hitting instrument whether a bat, stick, club racket is on the opposite side of the spring? The real front side is on the opposite side from where you think it is.

there is no pull from the front side. The middle pulls. Reciprocally (or in kind) ... The reciprocal or other pull is from the back leg staying anchored, pulling the hips backwards (Notice the back leg kick back behind him) while the trunk rotates towards the pitcher. That’s how the bat gets catapulted. That’s the HOF model. both sides pull tighter to create launch. Reciprocal or a balanced rotation.

Yeah...right......

thIs ^^^ is back leg and core rotate together with the forehand. It matches what BM says and teaches. He’s a good teacher. But it doesn’t match Stan. 🙁

the backhand is a cross body move. staying closed and hitting against the lower body. Like Ted. 🙂
