Depends on what point in the swing you're describing. In this clip, knee is flexed during heel plant, then stiffens to block.

"I would", she was at the Mall getting long fake nails...unbeknown-it to me...plus I got involved in moving my Stepson into his new place, which involved mounting a 72"??? TV to a brick fireplace chimney. Hoping you got the latest rendition !!!??? this weekend...
