SNF drill

Can the HI guys tell me how to do this drill the best that it can be done. For the best feel for the hitter

The goal of the drill for me
Feel the corner...corner being the lower and upper half
Feel the hips leading
Feel the wrist release at impact, releasing the hammer or sweet part of the bat at the right time.
And of course she is turning the barrel

How do I get the most out of this drill.

I like the "check swing" drill better. It puts the batter in more of an actual batting position and accomplishes the same thing.

Yes...........

Do both drills. Maximize the hand/hip separation (most emphasis on the hip) in the check swing drill and I believe you will feel what I mean.

I don't think the SnF is anything like the check swing drill. Unless you are not doing SnF correctly.

SL's daughter's version is not right either.

Quick point. SNF emphasis is not on the hips. The HI guys can correct me if I'm wrong.
