I wouldn't use that erratic pitching machine any more.

She is so worried about just hitting the ball that she is trying to hit terrible pitches.

The swing at 6:41 isn't that bad. . .

ETA:

You have to decided if you are working on your swing or working at hitting pitches. . .

I thought the variable pitch heights revealed this girl's leveling pattern. Her swings were somewhat similar to that of a person with a flawed mental image of the barrel being parallel with the ground at contact.

Yep. I believe most of those flaws come from the bad cue of "swing level".

Getting back to the thread, research some swings where the lower half leads the upper half.
She is at a great age to build on a quality swing.


Switching to lefty might not be a bad idea

Wow! Thanks for all the great advice, I defintaly think ww know what to work on and where to start! Again, thanks for all the great feedback, We're excited about getting started....I'll post another video in a few weeks so you can check out Callie's progress....=)
