Best cleat are ringors with built in tufftoe.... but at $100 each if your daughter is still growing... I found the best option was a "regular cleat" and apply the epoxy tuff toe, not the glue on one, the epoxy is better. 45+20 is cheaper than the $100 ringors

and when the directions say to stuff the newspaper in the toe tight...they mean it. We didn't and the shoe ended up getting pinched together in a spot and her toe rubbed on it. We thought we ruined a brand new pair of $60 cleats but we took them to a shoe repair guy and he was able to work some magic and save them
