Pitcher with a fast delivery

I think everyone just ignores the whole thing, I have never seen an issue with it.

The posts on this board, including at least one in this thread would seem to show otherwise. Don't know how many times the question is asked if the pitcher must get the signal from the catcher and/or if they must get the signal while on the pitchers plate. Have heard numerous coaches and umpires claim that signals could not be sent directly from dugout to pitcher.

Of course they can not be sent from dugout to P, that is my job in RF over the fence.
