So there about 35 California teams at PGF 12-U Premier Nationals in Huntington Beach. We’re pretty familiar with the Midwest, East Coast, and Southern teams there.

What should we expect to see from these California teams?

I all seriousness the biggest difference I see in CA teams vs everywhere else is they are more polished fielders..

You’ve never seen The Bandits pitchers - they throw harder. I think there are a surprising amount of 12u girls that can hit that speed.

I imagine all 35 CA teams aren’t great. I could be wrong. I think there are 4 Athletic Mercado teams alone.

You are right..I don’t regularly watch 12u ball anymore.. I barely could watch it when my kid played.

Just tell them to go out there and have fun and play hard.
