The irony is:
She got the oneX yesterday as a warranty replacement/upgrade for the last Xeno she broke because it was supposed to be more resilient.

Not a big surprise here, they had a huge recall on their Z2000's slowpitch softball line of bats about a month or so ago.

Louisville Slugger has said that all bats will be exchanged for a Xeno fastpitch bat, and customers can choose: 1) An equipment bag or ball glove worth up to $80, 2) A stored value card worth $50 or 3) A 2014 oneX replacement bat later this summer. If you have a oneX bat, they ask you call Louisville Slugger at 1-800-282-2287 to arrange a return.

I called this morning and was very impresed with how easy they are making this. They are trying to do the right thing by everyone

DD will be disappointed. She already has the 2013 Xeno, so maybe a backup might be the plan. Don't need anything else they are offering.
