I viewed what I founf to be a very interesting drill on youtube the other night and now I can no longer find it. Its not listed in my history for some reason and I cant remember how I stumbled upon it.
Dad was in garage with his daughter, She was wearing wrist weights(he says she always wears them for all practice, only removes them for live hitting and games) They have a few videos for viewing.
The drill I'm interested in was as follows.
1. barrel of bat was tight against her rear arm tricep/shoulder.
3. Rear elbow was fully collapsed into her side.
3. Front elbow was up leading the swing toward the pitcher.
4. He stood in front, Hand up by front elbow and she drove knob of bat to that hand, then he dropped other hand to location of pitch and she drove barrel to hand.
Im not sure I agree 100% of the drill, but I really wanted to review it more extensively but I cant find it...uuugghhhh.
Any help would be appreciated....Thanks
