I have seen bat drag way worse than that, its not horrible in my opinion....not good but not horrible. She is deciding to swing a little late, striding a little late. That looks like one of my daughters a couple years ago. We concentrated on making a good first move, the front elbow should go slightly forward then up, like its going up a slight ramp (hitter), the elbows for the most part should move together. And get to toe touch earlier, like as the pitcher is releasing the ball.....swing sooner and get out in front of the pitch and hit it with some momentum. Use front toss to encourage her to hit the ball hard down the 3rd baseline. Its all about bat speed with kids her size. I have had several very small players hit the ball very hard and the one thing they have in common is high bat speed.
