I want to thank everyone for their comments and helpful opinions. I am obviously no hitting guru so a few of these comments I understand and few I don't. This is a work in progress and as a 14y/o there are thing to improve. Freeing the back leg and head movement are the next things we will tackle. I will post a new video in a couple weeks with hopefully a few adjustments. Truth be told we just changed instructors recently.

There is a connection between stability and mobility. You want more stability in the hips and thorax. The thorax for example moves backwards to much. The arms need to stretch against upper torso. There should be some movement forward in most cases, this isn't present in the clip I posted. What I'm showing is a lack of stability being present as for example the amount of movement of the upper torso backwards, to much slop.

I'll post some clips later.

I'm not sure why my clip isn't showing. Anyone else see a clip?

I don't know why the clips aren't showing up. Something is going wrong with tinypics. I'll try to get the gifs up later.
