Yes, they're the same parent company, but their equipment isn't the same across all brands. It's the same as Wilson owning DeMarini and Louisville Slugger.
Gotcha, well getting a $280 glove for $80 is worth a gamble I suppose. You would think it would definitely be worth every bit of that $80.

It's a very nice glove for 80$. And perfect for a 10u player. It's not too heavy. And if she goes TIP it's serviceable all over the diamond.

Edit: I'll add it didn't take long to break in at all. And it got a little floppy over the summer(probably the laces + she hits her leg while pitching). I got a deal on the 1787 which is much more of a big girl glove(dd is pretty tall/strong). She carries the easton as a backup. DD used a 11.5 a950 through 10u(all over the diamond 1b, OF, IF, P). I think the easton is slightly heavier but more robust than that glove. I would think that you will be happy. Heck an a1000 retails for 140 and is way heavier.
