at the top in the video section, slugger has a clip of kenzie pitching . clip labeled curve ball. wondering
how she is throwing the curve. doesn't look like typical curve motion.

why do you say that? If i were asked what pitch it was I would say curve ball

i guess it is the higher follow thru to the left shoulder. i guess most of the girls i see throwing a curve the follow thru is more at the waist going toward left hip.
im sure it is a curve or drop curve maybe. we are working on movement pitches and wondered if this could be something or not. she had a hard time with curve in the past. the motion reminds me of my dd. when working on her peel drop, sometimes she pulls her arm to her left shoulder and the ball has a nice drop and curve to it. this is not intentional thing.
