How to edit video

Yeah so I want to upload video from The Kid pitching but I need to edit it/shrink it down so that it will fit...HELP PLEASE!! Andddd please remember I am NOT the brightest crayon in the box when dealing with a computer.....MANY THANKS in advance, ya'll.

Not sure what size you are trying to fit to. But based on your own admission if your limitations, I think the best solution for you might be to make video clips from a very easy to use application called VLC Player. Follow the process on my blog post (see below) to install VLC and create multiple small clips from a large video. The small clips will be in a different format that will probably do a better job of compressing the videos. So they should be smaller than what you are dealing with now.
