Im really surprised to have NOT seen any suggestions regarding her overall mechanics.... the forward lean is not the problem, its the RESULT of other problems...

1. focus on the push back drill (resistance provides a ton of power)
2. be certain the front foot is close to a 45 degree angle (this aids in the brush and I/R whip)
3. have the ball oriented upward at 9:00 (this aids in whip, spin, and takes the focus OFF the shoulder)
4. get the back foot on the big toe nail asap (this reinforces front side resistance with proper hip angle)
5. lock the chest and hips in from 9:00 into release (this is the upper half of the body resistance, also aids in accuracy)

Do these 5 suggestions and the forward lean will disappear like magic

PS. if your sure the current PC is teaching HE mechanics, Id recommend breaking ties.
