A 'before' and 'after' video would be helpful ..... and likely help explain the real benefits that took place.
I could not find a video and will try to take a video of my daughter and post it this weekend. It may not be the best, as she is still working on breaking the glove slapping habit. The ultimate goal is for her not to have the arm extended, but the pull it in to her ribcage/shoulder as Amy in AZ described. We were taking it in steps to make it easier and not cause too much change in the Fall as she has 3 tournaments to pitch in, but will work more on it over the winter months.
