DD had a rattle in her bat (probably saw my post a week or so ago about it). It was getting progressively worse, and her hitting coach suggested I contact Easton. When I did, they told me it takes them 3 days to inspect it along with a ~week to send it back because I'm on the East coast.

I spoke a little more with the rep, and explained the situation and how being without the bat for 3 weeks would basically be 40% of the remaining season, and she decided to help us out. Easton sent the bat in both directions Next Day air, on their dime. I sent the bat Saturday after my DD tournament was rained out, and received the replacement last night!

Great job Easton!!!
