It’s funny when teams brag about beating a higher level team in fall games like it means something. Most are trying girls at new positions, batting roster or getting non starters more reps. You see it from rec all the way to college.

Parents should get involved in the way organizations run things. A lot of the parents are probably new to the game. No one has more influence than an experienced, active team mom (or dad)!
Let the organization or community center or parks and rec or whoever know what the rules should be. (At the very least always finish the inning.)
If that doesn’t work leave the phone number and/or address on this forum of the organization that might benefit from third party input. I’ll bet that works!!
