She is leaping, doing the exact same thing Kenzie Fowler used to do and got busted for in the WCWS. She didnt used to do that, it is something new that appears to have showed up this year.

The staff that cracked down on the illegal pitching in college a few years back all got fired and they brought in a new hierarchy. They have continued to call some, but not nearly as many as they did before and it seems to be decreasing every year. Will be interesting to see if they call them in the WCWS this year. Personally I think its pretty stupid to leave them alone the whole year and then enforce it at the end. But, once again it all falls on the coaches. They know full well these girls are illegal and they do nothing to fix it. Dallas leaping is something knew that just started this year and Im sure is a result of something the pitching coach has her doing as she has been learning new pitches.
