Pitchers know when they are hopping and replanting. Umpires know it too. Illegal pitches should be called pitch by pitch. Not called once in a game and allowed afterwards.
I like CT but Tenn has two as good as her, in ER and IR. Tenn over all is better, but it is a pitchers game. These three are at the highest level in girls FP. All three will pitch good enough to win, and the ones that loose will loose on unearned runs, most likely. This week end is still practice before the WCWS.

To correct the leap, with both feet, off the ground, and the replant, the pitcher must not pause her arm circle. She must have a fluent arm circle and drag with the toe.

ISF allows female pitchers to leap, with both feet in the air,and replant, but the hands must be separated during the arm pause. The ISF WT is every 2 years.

He she a big thrower, with nothing but over powering speed?
Does she need 3 speeds, and 2 wind ups?
All the big thrower's pitching days are numbered.
I don't ever see Ricketts, Dallas and J Train as good NPF pitchers, maybe as DHers. JMHO.
