My 12yo DD just started working with a PC, and she's coming along well. One of the problems I see (and I'm sure will be addressed by the PC eventually) is she short-arms the windmill. Not so much with a bent elbow, but more not fully outstretched at the shoulder. I'd post a clip but I'm at work, I'll try to get one tonight. She's not the most athletic kid, kind of gangly and lacking core strength.
Anyway, just looking for exerceises or drills other than walking wround making big circles with her arm - or is that it?
