Yep, no HE...where in heaven's name did HE come from?

So sometime after that, someone thought HE was appropriate motion to follow through, and it stuck. Now the good folks who take the time to observe kinetics, biomechanics, and efficiency are trying to return from the Twilight Zone (another HE post today). Guess you might say windmill pitching philosophy has come full circle (partial pun intended).

Thanks for posting that was a fun little retrospective.

I like how when the one pitcher gave up a bomb in the 9th or 10th inning it was the 1st run she had allowed at the tournament and the other pitcher threw 27 innings that day. #2 pitcher? we don't need no stinkin' #2 pitcher.
