You may not have scored a lot of runs, but you didn't give up many either. I'd say you're off to an excellent start, especially given the unexpected(?) personnel changes.

It was a miserable start to the weekend here in the SE and we got our saturday tourney pushed back to Sunday. Up at 0545 and at the park by 0800 for 0900 pool game. Four games and nine hours later they walked away with the trophy so it was worth it and beat the USFA fall world series champs twice to do it.

May be 8U but DD brag time. Through the first four spring games she has smoked the ball. Never came close to getting out and all 15 at bats were clean base hits while 10 out of the 15 reached the fence. We were on a small field but twice she was within five feet of getting her first one out of the yard. Everything seemed to click and it looked like everything she has been taught came together today. Hoping she continues this trend because we have a huge tourney in Birmingham this coming weekend.

Thx Momo...That was how I felt..We lost problematic players..picked up more team players and looked as if we had been playing together for months. It was a great day. Looking forward to this weekend!
