My DD doesn't use a swing back. We have been working very hard on her glove side due to some health issues. For my DD, ball is still in her glove at three o'clock ball starts coming out and glove works up to 2 o'clock and makes a small semi circle. She walks around the the house swinging both arms the same all day. Same bends and work to 3 o'clock.
Point toe down my DD at 10 had a little leap but really she just didnt point her toe down. We would drag a paper plate and try to make sure her leg was in sequence with her arm
