One thing I do know is TMs students don't seem to flow like the best.
Which students are you referring too. I could make the oppose statement also. TM students seem to 'flow'(not sure what that means) like the best.

Your assessment of this young lady proves you know one movement pattern, and are blind to the rest.

You're saying these 2 hitters 'patterns' match.

Do you even own a bat? Let alone swing one...

bass, of course I swing daily.. You !

pattern match no, but the young gal doesn't give up the rear leg/hip relationship until go (which is what matters).. Can you explain what a hitter looses when they shift across the pelvis to the front leg prematurely ?

Flow as in : the swing being one smooth athletic movement. Things seem to be segmented , balance over the back leg (doesn't look aggressive or strong), holding the back scap makes the upper body look uptight and intensional . The weight shift looks like the hitter is holding back. It's like the instruction is do this , do that, now hold that , wait for this etc etc. They look very mechanical. Aaron Judge is really the one that comes to mind.
When I watch Albert , Miggy , JR. , Trout etc. Things just flow. The old guys are the best. They flowed seamlessly. Ted, Stan, Roberto,Frank, Hank . That's the gold standard. I always thought TMs biggest complaint was you gotta match the greats . He is kidding himself if he thinks his mechanics match any of those guys referenced. But they do snap the barrel... as in TMs guys.

So, you're saying Judges swing doesn't 'flow'.
I guess we disagree.

I think what makes people look at Judge's swing as a bit mechanical is his front leg action before toe touch..it just looks awkward. It was worse
before TM got him, but doesn't really mean much in the bigger picture.

Bingo! The shift or lack of is what makes AJs swing look mechanical and segmented. The shift would be the most athletic part of a swing IMO. AJs shift is non aggressive and unathletic IMO. It screams I have no balance and I'm not very sure of what I'm doing. BUT when he does let the barrel go ... woohoo! Jmho.

What shift? He isn't aggressive enough with a shift? What type of shift?
