Just a comment that I think fits into the advice you have received: A majority of her power is coming from the front side pushing backwards. It would be more efficient to have a majority of power coming from the rear side going forward.
Hey! We agree. I believe in push back, but it should be a reaction to force coming forward, not the supplier of force.
She is spinning the back foot instead of pushing off of it. And, as others pointed out, she sways the back knee over the foot, and the foot is pointing a bit toward the catcher.
She also has a hand path that takes her hands down to the front hip, which is not good.
