I occasionally will go over board....but not to that extent!

While a SCN1B is not cheap, I have found good deals on a couple of them over the years, and the best part is they are built like tanks, so when my DD is done with hers, I will sell it on Ebay for more than I paid for it. How many of you can that about your DD's bat?

My DDs love the Xenos. They seem to have pop and they get good performance.

I agree that there is probably no major differences between the top bats. Just have your DD find the right one for them.

I'm right here.
TJ, I'm in a big RT area and for some reason a lot of those kids are going to -9 LXT.

It doesn't make sense to me, LXT is balanced but that is what is happening here.

I really don't see any Rocketechs up here...at all. My DD did demo an LXT and she wasn't totally sold on it. She does her own research and reads up on the differences...she really likes and wants the end loads. She said she would be very happy with another RT but is always interested in other stuff which is why I'm trying to find out more about the Combats.

TJ, I have a couple of really nice anodized era RT's in 32" if you want to buy one for your kid. 2004 & 2005. Yep. Wish I could wave a wand and turn them into 33's.

The combat G3 that my twins shared for fall 10u was a good bat for the price. (dealer price.) better pop then then the top cheaper bats (worth storms). But went to CF-8 over the winter and there is no comparison. With less brake in time with the CF-8's you can see the difference in how much better the ball jumps off the bat. For size comparison combat was a 29/19 and Demarini 30/19 CF-8 seems more balanced and swings lighter. With being able to get Demarini's for cost I don't see ever going back.

I have found that for some odd reason the hottest bats somehow end up in the hands of the best hitters??? Wondering if anyone else on here has noticed this strange coincidence?? Some Eastons, LS, Demar but typically they are in the hands of good hitters. Makes it hard to figure out which one is the best !!!! Im having a tough time, do I just buy one of each,,,,,,,,or do I buy a tee a net and some balls ?? LOL !! There is something about Indians and bows and arrows I think

That's because many have found the type bat that fits them, therefore, that's the best bat to them. Until
you find that right fit, its trial and error.

Ideally, she would have teammates/friends that you could try some bats out and not have to go thru the trial
and error. Places that Demo bats are few and far between so might be tough to find one of them.
