I have always used Rawlings GLOVEOLIUM...may be spelled wrong..lol..but most softball places carry it...put on a rag apply to outside and inside work glove, repeat...2 to 3 coats no drying time and glove is broken in to perfection..i have done this on catchers mitts, fielding gloves...works...

I have went as far as placing something on their back so if they stand up the item falls off giving them a cue as to the where the problem lies..i used magazines or small books..as soon as they stand up or straighten up item falls off ...blow the whistle....as per other post unconventional but...
