In any case extension isn’t driving the hands forward. I think there is one optimal swing for meat balls, everything else is an adjustment.

Sounds like WW wants the hands driving forward as he was talking about hand speed as well.

Lol. Stop guessing. That’s already has everyone telling you that you’re wrong. Suck it up. Back to the drawing board dude!

I see what you guys are talking about swinging down. I call it swinging down in back.

I’ll listen to what everyone has to say about this swing. Enlighten me.

We went to the batting cage last night and it was bad! We worked on posture but as soon as she swings full she comes out and up. Which I think we all agree is causing a lot of the issue. I think the answer is (get this): Squish the bug!
At this point I don't think she's actually capable of squishing the bug, turning her foot and not her hips but it might get her to stop dragging her back foot forward and up after contact. Who's in?
