1) What do you think hitters use to make their bat "quick?" Magic?
2) What makes one hitter's bat "quicker" than another's?
3) How do measure "quickness?" ....how is it described?
4) Would being "quick" to contact not have any influence on being "quick" out of the zone too?

I know you have limited thinking ability so if you only answer 1 of the 4, answer #3.

DD was pitching last night and I think it took me longer to get loose than it did her. And every year getting down in a catcher's position gets more and more interesting. I found this list of MOI for 32 inch bats. I did my best attempt at physics class and got .088 q for the ghost. (6400 moi). The slow pitch 34-26 was 9200 (.12 q). A 34 inch wood baseball bat is like 12000 give or take. I would guess it to be around q=.14 Or .15 with a softball.



As far as power is concerned, Who had a better season at the plate last year: Alonso or Rendon? What team wins 9 rendons or 9 alonsos all else equal.

You start sitting on a toilet seat to catch that goes way beyond giving up
