    rules for calling pitches

    Is there any rule that states who, or where from a pitch can be called? A non coach was calling pitches from behind the backstop in the bleachers and was instructed that this was not allowed, and he was asked to move from behind the backstop.

    DD and rachele fico

    Currently in my area they have some softball clinics that have LSU coaching staff and ex players. My DD's pitching clinic had Rachele Fico as instructor, which is her pitching idol. Needless to say she was very happy.

    Coach calling 1st pitch changeup

    So, now my DD's head coach started calling her pitches. On numerous batters he calls a 1st pitch change up. Prior to this I have always told her to never throw a changeup as your 1st pitch.     10yo DD feeback requested

    It has been about 3 weeks since i posted my DD's last video. It was suggested by some of you here that we work on getting more bend in the elbow and lead more with the elbow. Any new suggestions on what to work on would be appreciated.

    10YO DD looking for some feeback on mechanics.

    I know this isnt the best video quality. Is there something that someone sees that may help with a little more speed, that I am not seeing? She pitches in the 40-42 mph range with an occaisional blips of 45-46. I wish I knew where those extra mphs come from.
