Watching a recent college game (Oregon vs. Oregon State, I think it was), I noticed Rawlings-branded gloves that had the distinctive 2-strap adjustment configuration common to Worth gloves.

Keilani Ricketts tweeted a photo of her gear with the caption, "New season. Same glove. Different patch." The glove is a Rawlings and she was a Worth sponsored player

Will be curious to see if Miken FP is phased out as well and brought under Rawlings brand too.
Kohlberg & Co. (US Private Equity)
  • Bauer Performance Sports
    • Combat
    • Easton
Amer Sports (Finnish Equip. Mfg.)
  • Wilson
    • Demarini
    • Louisville Slugger
Jarden Corporation (US CPG Co.)
  • Rawlings
    • Worth
    • Miken

Miken is done in the fastpitch now. I just has a Freak Black go back for warranty and they offered a 2 legit worth as replacement as they No Longer are in the fastpitch.

Miken was done a year ago.

My only guess would be Miken and Worth will be slowpitch only
brands. I spoke to a guy in Worth and even he had no idea of
the future of Worth (whether they will still have a slowpitch line
or just merge completely under the Miken name)

Of note, Jarden Corp (which owns Worth and Rawlings) is in the process of merging with Newell Rubbermaid. Per the Wall Street Journal today, "Now executives at the newly formed Newell Brands will get to work cutting costs and possibly pruning some of the dozens of well-known brands".
