What is it, and how do you teach it?

My view of connection is The front arm is key to "stay connected".

So, I need to clear up my thinking on the RVP point.

Swingbuilder has some great clips on keeping stacked, and a deep pivot point, but I am missing something.

Never played, never swung a bat until this clip.

RVP connection point looks OK, but I never worked on it.

RVP connection point.....Hand stacked over the elbow at the back stripe in the pants.
I believe that is what Candera says.

Just to add, I think if you work hard at "FIXING BAT DRAG" you will over do it and never see this position. IMO you don't fix bat drag, you completely revamp the swing.

Mann, I posted an example of the position in your other thread ....

Notice the position of the barrel ... that seems to be ignored by some, but it shouldn't be.
