My dd is just learning pitching and Im having her push herself up and out slowly into the k and then coming down fast with a good elbow, wrist, finger snap. Is this good instruction. Thanks Eric
When just learning pitching, my suggestion would be to work only on snaps, T's, L's and One arm circles for many weeks before moving onto anything else. Just make it fun and challenging with positive reinforcement. Get the strong and solid muscle memory in place before moving on.
