Here’s one. Meaningless tournament. 3 games on Thursday. Only the bottom seeds play and play in game on Friday night no one else plays until Saturday morning. Going to have to miss 2 days of work instead of 1. If it was my call I would have pulled out when I saw that schedule

DD has played some local (but not local enough where driving home is convenient) AAU basketball tournaments where she would play at 9 am and then not play again till 4 or 5 o'clock..
Ever experience rain delays with a perfect schedule?
One tourney we played 45 minutes home for our family others a lot further. Get to park at 6:45am for an 8am game. Starts raining at 7:45. Went home. Came back at 4pm. Played 2 games. Went home. Came back at 10pm. Waiting on games to finish in front of our game. Left the park at 1:53 am. Came back for a 9am game on Sunday. Spent $20 in tolls.
