Throwing Program???

Here is what I'm looking for and I'm not having much success in finding information. I coach a travel team with three pitchers all with three different pitching coaches. I would like to see a more directed effort in the pitchers developing themselves and would like to help the parents work with their daughters.

I would think the program would have several elements.

1) basic mechanics review/practice/reinforce

2) Strength training - drills used to strengthen the wrists/fingers/forearms/legs

3) Location/accuracy - work on hitting spots

4) Speed/change of speed

Now I know the easy response would be "that's what they pay the pitching coach for", well that is not happening and I can't go to the local pitching coach store and pick up a new coach. So does anybody have any ideas or suggestions.

Look through the stickies in the pitching forum formally known as houseofpitching.com. Read through the drive mechanics thread for some in depth info from our own Javasource. I'm not at a point where I can link it all together but most of what you are asking for is in the stickies
