I wish we had a throwing technical forum. I feel like every single problem facing hitters today has been talked about in great detail and often there are several different angles to tackling any problem when it comes to hitting. But as soon as you need something on throwing it is near impossible to find help on anything. Thats a shame really when you consider 99% of all girls throw horribly, at least according to all the experts.
How do you fix some notable problems such as striding into and throwing over a completely locked out front knee, poor arm whip, and leaning over to throw instead of rotating. (I hope I described that right).
If you had to completely retrain a kid with these issues, what would your process be and why?
