For some reason my DD has moved away from the throwing method taught by NECC (ball separates from glove near chin and elbow goes back as ball in hand goes up) to separating and elbow goes down and back. Elbow drops during the throw, movement and throw are less efficient and less productive.
Aside from putting her in front of a mirror and doing this the right way 50-10000 times, how can we bring back good mechanics?
