i know what you’re getting at. Yes it’s is. The foot doesn’t have to be on the ground to be FYB. It’s truly not a position it’s more of a fully loaded feel w the ability to put the foot down and wait if need be. The weight stays inside the pelvis the entire time. That’s my interpretation.

Once his foot hits the ground the swing reminds me of Harper a bit.

I believe that is Jared Walsh of the Angels. He has recently toned down his leg kick and has actually became a much better hitter.

Walsh replaced his high leg kick with a toe tap. Instead of wiggling his bat behind his head and dropping his hands nearly to his waist as he loaded his swing, Walsh adopted a more quiet pre-swing setup, his hands rarely straying too far from his left shoulder.

I mean technically as soon as the front foot hits the ground there is pressure on it but I don't think that was the spirit of your question...
