Thanks so much for your input MsDinosaur and Fastpitch. I believe that i am going to talk the the father of the girl that wants to catch and see if she wants to practice with us. I don't like that she is going to lose innings just because she is a better option at other postions (shes the best option at 3rd also). I hate to put even more pressure on her but i think she already understands that every inning she pitches this year has to be very good or she will lose even more innings. I really believe that we can practice pitching on the side all we want but she needs innings to really get good. Thanks for letting me ramble and giving input, its helping me get a better understand that this happens on most/all teams.
