We saw about 45 last year at the state LL Minors (10U) tourney. Very impressive. I'd been thinking that DD was going to be the fastest and this kid From the Seattle area put on a clinic in whip/IR. I must say it was fun to hear the gasps from the spectators when DD made her debut at state, but that was short lived when the other girl took the circle...
A couple of DD's pitches got away from me last night in the basement. Not sure how fast, but I'm guessing it was triple digits. If she gets much faster I'm going to quit catching her with my bare hands.

Last summer, she played on the Thunder Elite '00 team from OH that finished 5th at ASA/USA 12U Nats. She's now on the Birmingham ThunderBolts '99 team.
