I honestly think I'd rather be punched in the mouth than to take part in ANY sort of fundraiser! I hate them, let me write a check for our part and let's play ball!!!

I agree.

On the other hand your comment gave me a great idea for a fundraiser. I would get all of the local travel ball and high school coaches together, and the people can punch there least favorite coach in the mouth for a donation. That fundraiser might make a lot of money. lol.

Afterthought: I prefer the fundraisers that the players are very involved in. They helped run our camp, they sold the donuts. Their parents spend bucket loads of money on this sport, it's nice for them to take an active role in helping cover the expenses.
