As a 13u coach I hope this isn't something I have to look forward to but I think if I was in this situation I would make every effort to work with the mom and get this kid back on the right path (first step - disassociate with the pot crowd). TB coach finding out could be the best thing to ever happen to her. Now if it continues and becomes a distraction to the team, then a tough decision has to be made, but at least you know you tried to save her.
