Moving in to the leg snap. For the record I’m anti squish the bug. The leg has to snap before the hip turns. If the hip bypasses the leg snap and rotates the shoulders spin creating a circular barrel path.

It’s not just for me, I’m sure others want to know. This is probably the most critical fundamental a swing should have. Shouldn’t be taught through PMs. But since adjustability doesn’t fit into your agenda or plan, I will leave it alone. Happy posting.

Mike, a brief question. Is this something you picked up from TM? This was once called, "The World's Greatest Drill" and I have my hitters to it as a primary station. We have stations where hitters do specific drill work for themselves and then drill work the team does. This is a primary drill all do. My dd was brought up doing this drill.

Hey CB,

I was wondering why you used this drill so much?
